We don’t like finding any sort of rubbish left around at the Sports Field, but this takes the biscuit. If you or your kids are visiting us, you’re most welcome, but please don’t leave your dangerous rubbish with us! Just think what this would do to a dog! No excuse.

On Friday 20th March at 6.15pm we held the first ever Prize Draw of the Shirley 100 Club.
There were two £25 prize-winning tickets: numbers 53 and 3.
The £50 prize was won by ticket number 5.
All three prize winners have been notified.
The next draw will be held on June 20th. Thanks to all for taking part!
It’s here! The 2020 Shirley Giant Pumpkin Growing Competition!
Entrance fee £5 for 3 Pumpkin seeds. Seeds are usually sown March to May.
The winner will be the widest pumpkin, as measured around the circumference, on the weekend of The Harvest Festival 2020. Prizes will be announced and presented at The Harvest Supper.

Our Christmas Film Night features a family comedy starring Tim Allen. The plot surrounds a man who accidentally makes Santa fall off of his roof on Christmas Eve, and finds himself magically recruited to take Santa’s place!
It’s a fun film for the whole family so please don’t miss it.
Drinks and refreshments will be on sale before the showing, and during the interval. We hope to see you there.

Due to a delay in the release of our featured film, planned for December, we have decided to postpone this showing until February. We have now chosen a family comedy featuring Tim Allen. We apologise for any disappointment and hope you will support the church in its first film night fundraiser on Friday 13th December.
